Prior to administration, she taught middle school, high school, was a guidance counselor and also enjoyed coaching JH & HS volleyball. She holds an MA in Educational Leadership and a BA in English Education with a minor in Communications.
Allie is an alumna of CCS (class of 2004). She has been married since 2009, and has a son and daughter who are students at CCS. She loves to run, spend time outdoors with her family, and soak in content from podcasts.
“Why Christian education?” Mrs. Carico answers, “From a vocational standpoint, I have only ever wanted to be an educator. As a product of Christian education, I have a deep passion to partner with teachers and families to equip this generation of CCS students with a biblical worldview. I truly believe in the mission of our school; I want to see every student thrive spiritually, academically, socially, and physically. I absolutely love kids and am thrilled to be able to pour back into a place that has poured in me!”
