Capital Christian K-5
(Elementary School)
Capital Christian K-5 (Elementary School) provides excellence in education from the foundation of a biblical worldview. Each year is filled with many opportunities for spiritual, academic, social, and physical growth. Outstanding facilities provide students with bright, colorful, and well-equipped classrooms with computers in every room to support the students’ learning. A separate computer lab further enhances each student’s technological development and capabilities. Additional classes such as music and PE add to our robust, and academically strong curriculum.
A strong partnership between dedicated staff, energetic students, and supportive families enables students to pursue excellence in Christ through solid curriculum and enrichment programs—all framed upon a biblical worldview.

Kindergarten
A quality kindergarten experience is key to academic success in elementary school, which is why we provide two full-day program options for students to choose from: a traditional kindergarten class or our Multi-age (K-2) class. Both options offer positive and challenging learning experiences for this early age and produce well-equipped children who are developing Christ-like attitudes and traits that will prepare them to succeed in a competitive world.
Our goal in kindergarten is to educate our students academically, spiritually, socially, and physically all through a biblical worldview. We provide a challenging curriculum while cultivating creativity and curiosity because we believe learning should be fun! Weekly chapel services, scripture memorization, and instruction in God’s Word help provide the important foundational elements that our young learners need. Activities in the classroom, PE, recesses, and Jr. Cougar teams cater to both the physical and social needs of our students.
Our kindergarten teachers demonstrate how much fun learning is in their classrooms! While building their memory skills, learning to follow directions, and growing a love for learning, our students are nurtured by teachers and administrators who are passionate about meeting the students’ specific needs.

"...truly cares about her students and loves teaching."
Ms. Hellgren is a phenomenal teacher and woman of God. My daughter is so grateful and blessed to have such an amazing, kind, and loving teacher. Ms. Hellgren is patient, she makes herself available to the students and parents, she has great communication and a heart of gold. Ms. Hellgren shares her love for God and really connects with the children. She makes learning fun, promotes good habits to guarantee success and she has inspired and supported my daughter to reach new heights spiritually and academically. I am so thankful that the Lord saw it fit for my daughter to be placed in Ms. Hellgrens class. It has been an awesome experience and you can tell Ms. Hellgren truly cares about her students and loves teaching.
